Universities are key partners in incorporating electronic design tools and classes in their curriculums. Update electronic laboratories and offer special courses specializing in selected electronic design skills in cooperation with world leaders in electronic software tools and programs.
Government is a key initiative supported and facilitator. Contribute to legal advocacy, IP laws, training, certification and Promotion.

Successful Jordanian and Arab expatriates who work in electronics, or have built electronic businesses abroad will be invited to lead the process in Jordan. Attract and encourage them to setup branches in JTronix to help young professionals be established in the field, including mentoring and/or placement of Jordanian talented youth.
